Description
Welcome to this rural villa located near the sea and the mountains in Port d'Andratx. Situated in s'Arracó, this wonderful house offers all the necessary details to enjoy a few days of relaxation and the Mallorcan summer.
Outdoors, there is a 9-meter long and 5-meter wide swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to 2.15 meters, as well as an outdoor shower for refreshment. The garden and surrounding vegetation provide a tranquil and welcoming environment. Additionally, there is a porch and two terraces, one of them next to the pool, equipped with furniture for outdoor enjoyment. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there is a mobile barbecue available.
Indoors, the living room features a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining area, open to the kitchen equipped with gas hobs, allows for enjoying delicious homemade meals. The house has four bedrooms, all on the first floor and equipped with fans. Three of them have double beds, and the last one has a single bed. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, one of them en suite with a bathtub, and the other two with showers, one on each floor. Finally, we can provide a crib and a high chair if traveling with your baby, and in the house you will find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Port d'Andratx is a beautiful tourist coastal area where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, sailing club, medical center, etc. The area is surrounded by different coves such as Cala Racó, Cala Marmassen, Cala de s’Aritja, and various beaches. For hiking enthusiasts, you can take excursions to Sa Coma Freda, Puig de so na Vidala, etc.

Welcome to this wonderful villa, located between the sea and the mountain, in Port d'Andratx. It accommodates 7 people.
The beautiful exterior area features large gardens, a chlorine swimming pool of 9 x 5 and a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.15 m, two large furnished terraces, a terrace belonging to a bedroom, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue and beautiful views of nature.
The house of 300 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, located on the 1st floor, three with double bed and one with single bed. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms with shower; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.
The cozy living room is furnished with one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV-Sat. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and fans are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.
Port d'Andratx is a beautiful coastal tourist area, where you will find everything you might need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, sailing club, medical center, etc. The area is surrounded by several beautiful coves, like Cala Raco, Marmassen Cala, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches. NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
