Description
"A roof of stars" is located at about 1057 m. high, within the Appennino Lucano National Park and more precisely in the municipality of Sasso di Castalda (PZ). It is surrounded by mountains, woods, immense green meadows and is located in an uncontaminated environmental context. The whole area is, in fact, protected and safeguarded and this allows every visitor to listen to the sounds of nature, to "smell" its scents and immerse themselves in a world of peace and tranquility. Coming to visit you can meet our neighbors: Mrs. Milkie and Mr. Agnellino; Mrs. Civettuola and Mr. Hawkeye; Mrs. Cornacchia and Mr. Ghirone. Of course, they are not alone but are accompanied by an immense variety of other animals and plants that are an integral part of the rich flora and fauna present in the area. The structure is surrounded by a huge garden full of oaks, chestnut trees, fruit trees, relaxation corners and a game for children. It has three bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms. Each recalls the colors that can be admired from our porch during the day and night and are dedicated to the animals closest to us. Inside the house there is everything that can be used for a pleasant stay (TV, radio, fireplace, computer, DVD, super-equipped kitchen, etc.). There is also a common area for all guests which is represented by the entrance / lounge. In the kitchen, breakfast is served during the winter or in bad weather, while in summer, if our guests wish, it is also possible to eat outside. In the living room there is a magnificent fireplace that in addition to heating the environment, has the function of enchanting our daring travelers who can devote themselves to reading some of the books made available by us and, for the youngest to take advantage of some of our games. Guest Access The house is rented as a whole house only if it reaches its maximum capacity. Otherwise, it will be rented as a single room if there are more reservations. The decision to open our country house to others was inspired by the desire to allow all those who love nature and the environment to enjoy a magnificent place like the one where we are fortunate to live and share it. It is therefore open to all, including domestic animals (dogs, cats, rabbits) that can take advantage of the large green spaces in front of the house and take long walks with their own handlers. In order, however, to protect also the other possible visitors, it is necessary that the latter make them comply with the hygiene rules established within the structure and for this reason, they cannot access the bathrooms or the kitchen and / or climb on bed. All the animals can stay with the owners even at night except for those that are particularly exuberant and talkative to which an area outside the house is reserved. As for our "human" and non-human guests, they have free access, in addition to their rooms, to the common area of the living room and to the whole part in front of the house (9000 square meters of land). Moreover, in summer, you can also benefit from the "solarium" area where there is a small outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs. The four-legged friends can accompany their human friends in this area but without having access to the pool. Our Services Included Services 1. Clean linen once a week; 2. In case of need, the drivers can contact our trusted veterinarian; 5. Excursions on foot (to be booked before arrival and in advance); 6. Horse riding (to be booked before arrival and well in advance); 7. Motorbike excursions (to be booked before arrival and with a large advance); 8. Archery lessons (to be booked before arrival and well in advance); 9.Aesthetic treatments; 10. Laundry and Ironing Service (5.00 euros) 11. Shuttle Service; 12. Guided Tour; 13. Bike Rental.
