This cottage is NOT winterized and is available from May to October

We do not provide linens/towels unless discussed in advance. There are no

public laundry facilities in sauble Beach

Please note the off season rate of $150.00 per night is for a max of 2 guests and will increase to a max of $220.00 per night with additional guests.

This 3 bedroom fully renovated cottage offers a perfect vacation location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach! Use our provided wagon to make the walk even easier.

When you want to go downtown, it is less then a five minute drive and you can park free at our store Unique Pieces located at the lights on main street.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mitch (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
