Le Poulet is one of two restored farm cottages,set amidst apple orchards and nearby forests, close to the picturesque village of Parçay les Pins in the beautiful Loire Valley. Both cottages have been sympathetically renovated retaining their original features and have been furnished to a high standard, giving guests a comfortable and homely place to unwind, relax and enjoy their stay.

House rules

On arrival day arrival time is after 4.30 pm and on final day departure time by 10.00 am.
The pool is available to guests ( staying at the property ) between the hours of 10.00 am to 6.00pm, only swim aids are permitted in the pool.
Bed linen is provided but not towels, these may be hired, please inquire.
The use of the washing machine is available at a charge.
Heating is not included in the rental price
Guests must leave cottage clean on departure, or can pay for a clean by prior arrangement

Response from the owner In response to your comments concerning our cottage 'rules' and security deposit.These do not differ from those stated in our booking conditions, which you agreed to upon signing our booking form thus completing your reservation. Guests have the choice as to whether they wish 'to leave the cottage as they find it' or indeed if they wish for a clean to be carried out on their behalf. Your comment about not being able to enjoy your stay here to the full, could also probably be due to the fact that you were caught looking in one of our freezers, so say looking for a brush, which to our knowledge are not normally kept in freezers, but coincidentally are stored in your cottage!As to being presented with a box of cleaning products, at No point did we present you with this box, however they are available to guests should they wish to use them. We are glad however that you found the cottage to your liking and enjoyed your visit to this part of the Loire valley.

How do damage deposits work?
