Fully renovated up to high standards. Fully equipped kitchen, utility room, entrance hall, living (50sq.m), 2 WC, fully fenced landscaped garden, courtyard with terrace with summer kitchen, above ground king size swimming pool.Cottage "La Fontaine" is a spacious, bright and comfortable 18th century property with lots of original features.

The cottage features 2 modern bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower cabin and a very spacious one downstairs with bath, walk-in shower, bidet, WC and washbasin, a practical fully equipped oak cottage kitchen with bar. "La Fontaine" combines the best of modern comfort with authentic French living. The cottage is equipped with a big flatscreen Smart TV offering access to all French TNT channels and lots of international channels, a stereo player, a DVD player and offers on top of that a free WiFi broadband internet connection and also free landline telephone connections (even international( mobile phone numbers excluded). This spacious cottage is dominated by thick whitewashed stone walls, wooden floors, old oak beams and features eye catching authentic woodwork. The cottage offers you another unique feature; it's a mere 150m walk to the beautiful pebbled riverside beaches of Gave d'Oloron.Shady terrace in the courtyard with BBQ area. Barn with table tennis table, mini soccer, darts. Outside terrace with BBQ. Fully fenced garden with big above ground pool, sunloungers and trampoline.

Lovely house in a great location. Sauveterre is a beautiful town with canoeing at hand. Good access to beach and mountains.
