Description

The village of Podi is arguably one of the most famous villages in the world! The legend says that Steve Jobs came here and was so in impressed with it that he decided to name his biggest project after it but as being creative, he decided to put the last letter as first and the rest is history - iPod was born! So we now know where the name comes from.

This four double bedroom house is situated in Podi, quaint little village just above Herceg Novi town. It offers stunning uninterrupted views of the Boka Bay. The house has a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and BBQ area to make your stay in Montenegro truly unforgettable. Inside, there are four large bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. Also, there are three bathrooms, two of which are on-suite. The house boasts a large front terrace and front and back balconies for sun worshipers. Local beaches are only five minutes away by car or if you prefer to walk, less than 15 minutes. There are two local shops offering everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Sleeps 10-12, A modernly designed detached house, which has a large garden terrace and a private swimming pool. The property has been finished and furnished to the highest standards, and would offer comfort and all mod cons. Due its spacious size, this family friendly property would be an ideal choice for families, or a group of friends sharing. The property is spread over two floors, and has approx 130 square meters, 1300 sq.ft. of indoor space and 200 square meters, 2000 sq.ft. of outdoor space. The property is just a short walk away to the nearby seafront and beaches; and there are a number of small family friendly beaches in this area. Conveniently there is a local food market shop just 5 minute walk away. The property is situated in a quaint small village, in the magnificent Boka Bay; and is just 2 km distance away from the historical town of Herceg Novi.

The property includes a lovely garden terrace and swimming pool area; where guests can really enjoy their time, by either relaxing by the pool, or having a barbecue and eating in Mediterranean alfresco style. There are many local restaurants in this area to choose from; and guests can have a larger choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and boutiques in the nearby town of Herceg Novi. This property additionally benefits by having safe and secure garage, reserved for staying guests.

This property has a lovely terraced garden area; which is the perfect place for guests to unwind outdoors. The swimming pool is perfect for guests to cool down, over the long hot summer months.

Additionally the garden space can be used for children playing, for having a lovely barbecue, all alfresco meals and for all other outdoor sociable activities. Please note that the garden has no sea view.

PARKING

The property has a garage, situated to the front of the building; the garage is reserved for staying guests.

ACCESS

The property has great access for staying guests, as its close to the main village road. The property is situated approx 2000 meters from the seafront and beaches.

Please note that there is one set of stairs leading up to the property, however it should be suitable for most guests.

CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE

The property is cleaned on a weekly basis, with a fresh set of bath towels and bed linen supplied on this day.

DISTANCE FROM AIRPORTS

Two major airports which are both around the same distance away approx 45 min - Tivat and Dubrovnik (Croatia).

Getting around

The main town and beaches are only 5-10 min drive or 15-25 min walk (downhill) via a shortcut so you could be there in a jiffy but just as easily come back and enjoy the magnificent views while sipping a good wine or a cold beer. Local taxis are cheap if you don't want to drive but if you do, there is a parking space for your car in the garage.

Guests will be greeted by property manager and will be shown to the apartment and given the keys. The property manager will be available during the guest's stay to deal with any issues or help with organising trips and excursions. Manager will complete check-in and check-out process.
