Description

3-bedrooms apartment with up to 8 people accomodation at condominium Panaroma in Scalea, Italy. 65 square meters with kitchen and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with king-size double beds and 1 bedroom with double-deck bed. Dining room has 2 more sleeping places on sofa.

Private territory with swimming pool, bar, restaurant, sauna, gym, children playing area available only for the apartmenrts' owners and guests.

The condominium is located in Scalea city on the south of Italy (Calabria). The nearest airport is Lamezia-Therme only 1,5 hours by train or by car. Napoli airport is 2 hours away, Rome airports are 4,5 hours away (both either by train or by car).

Scalea is a resort area on the shore of Tyrrhenian Sea with the longest beach in Calabria (12 kilometers). Sea and mountain views from the apartments.

The condominium has own beach with umbrella and chaise-longues available free of charge. The shuttle to/from the beach and to/from the center of city every hour starting from 9.00am till 9.00pm except siesta time (1.00pm-4.00pm).

There is aqua-park in the nearby city Praia a Mare (15 mins by car).

Diving, rafting, horsing, carting and a lot of other activities are available at additional cost - just ask the reception of the condominium.

The price includes everything except electricity. It is paid separately at check-out 1 euro per 1 kW used.

“Very good place to stay at Scalea”

We had spent 4 days there and like it very much. The rooms are big and the view from a balcony is beautiful. Every morning we started our day in swimming pool then moved to sea shore by free shuttle. Almost empty beach in June (I do not know about other months).
