The residence is located in the tourist area of Contrada San Marco di Sciacca who has the most beautiful beaches of the city and 200m from these. E 'consists of 12 apartments on a plot of the development of about 6000 square meters of which 3000 square meters are of lawn and green. The residence has a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs and two sun showers. The residence service provides for the daily cleaning of the common parts. Each apartment has a covered area of about 130 square meters and about 60 square meters of terraces and covered verandas and discoveries. Each apartment has three bathrooms with bidet, toilet, washbasin. Two have showers and one bathtub instead of bagno.Gli apartments are furnished in an attractive and cheerful, modern style. It 'also a small garden where guests can pick fruit and fully organic vegetables and cook them. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table for 6 persons and is connected to the veranda partly covered and partly discovery where you can comfortably dine in contact with the green and tranquility. The 3000 square meters of lawn is a strong stimulus for small to be able to play outside safely under the eye of parents who can focus on the porch reading a book or tablet using the wireless connection. The little ones can be cheered by the digital TV 32 ".

“Bel posto ma…”
La struttura è ben fatta, le camere sono molto belle e moderne. Unica pecca la colazione, non vale il prezzo pagato per questa, molto povera. Dovrebbero migliorare questo aspetto.
