Located in the district Maragani - San Marco , one of the finest beaches of Sciacca and the beach which is located within the award winning Blue Flag ( " Blue Ribbon ") for the water quality and the beauty of the place , in a small residential area with few private villas , accessible only through a gate, is the Villa Chieste surrounded by nature maritime , typical of the area , and Mediterranean .
Both the exterior (1000 m2) that the interior (140 m2) are distinguished by the beauty and the care with which they were made. The whole area is surrounded by walls and walls that resemble Arab elements , a large wrought iron gate opens onto a spacious terrace , all tiled and equipped with several areas to relax by the pool with a sea view ( approx. 8 mx 3 m, height 1.10 m - 1.80 m) which offers the opportunity for a refreshing swim in the shade of palm trees and large ficus .
Part of the area is covered by two extraordinary outdoor verandas laminated wood covered with clay tiles, Sicily. That small , furnished with rattan furniture and hammock , extends across the entire width of the house and invites you to enjoy the sea view and the play of light and shade of the many Mediterranean plants , depending on the veranda , positioned laterally , also covered with laminated wood beams , and furnished with a large wooden table is the perfect place for lunches and dinners and fresh air . Even this has a wonderful sea view.
From this porch leads to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, which has a separate entrance and is not included in the residential complex ; into the living room , accessed from the two verandas, there is a cozy living room with fireplace to relax even on the coldest days creating thus, a family atmosphere very warm and welcoming , it can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 double bedrooms , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room ( and on request , in addition to 8 beds,) , 2 bath / shower (one external) and a very nice lounge with open fireplace which opens on 2 verandas , directly behind the villa and below a green area is a barbecue to make good grilled fish or meat, or prepare some delicious bruschetta and a dressing room with two bathrooms, shower and washing machine.
Internal finishes:
Towels, bed linen ( changed weekly). Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven , fridge with freezer, basic equipment , crockery, glassware and cutlery. 1x fan for each bedroom . Fireplace and satellite TV.
External equipment :
Numerous terraces and garden furniture (tables, chairs, etc. . ), Washing machine , outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with brick and stone barbecue charcoal stove , sink, large garden with swimming pool.
Due to its location , the Villa Asked is suitable for those looking for the beach and the sea ... but also for people who seek peace and environmental well-being . It presents itself as the ideal base to discover the wide surroundings rich in art and culture and environmental sites of interest.
Today Sciacca , interesting town to explore, is particularly famous for its thermal waters ( here the Greeks already knew the healing power of its waters ) , to be the capital of the Sicilian carnival , as is well known for its pottery, for the ' excellent fishing for bluefish, and for the processing of precious " Sciacca coral ." For those interested and at the express request it is possible to visit the Laboratory of Coral and see the artist in the production of actual overtime work fine jewelry ... and unique . But it is also famous for its beautiful clear sea and blue. Clear waters where you can practice any kind of sport or relax on the equipped beaches : Relax , fun, sea , sun and beach .

“Ottima villa con vista”
Bellissima villa con piscina a due passi dal mare. Le stanze sono tutte rinnovate e comode e il proprietario è super cordiale tanto da portare le paste per l’accoglienza e la colazione.

“Amazing”
The location is wonderful,Salvatore is the best host ever. The house is in need of a renovation.the furniture of the living room are very old and uncomfortable. The chairs at the dining table on the terrace are not to relax. The kitchen is ok and the pool is wonderful. And the most important of our dog was welcome. Overall ,it was a wonderful holiday.
