Description
Our house is as follows - 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin single bed); - a fully furnished and functional kitchen, in which you will find the ceiling fan and air conditioning (the latter, if desired, with a small surcharge of 50 € per week), satellite TV (free to air, with free channels) ); - a bathroom complete with every service Sink, WC, bidet and shower and hairdryer on the wall - a veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining / dining, with a sunshade; - a garden / solarium (with refractory stone barbecue), bricked and completely fenced to allow your dog to take a holiday; - cold and hot water rose everywhere, while in the kitchen also that of the Apulian aqueduct, all always present In the communal area you can also find - an area used to attract games for children and adults; - a relaxation area with TV and wicker armchairs; - corner vending machines; - washing machine compartment (with coin-operated machine at 50 euro cents for quick washing) - outdoor hot shower (not to bring sand into the house from the sea) - external peddler All the area is closed by an automatic gate. It is our rule, if you give us confirmation of acceptance, to request a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount as a deposit (at the coordinates that we will send later). The remainder of the sum must be paid at the entrance to the villa.
