MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS:
The property has been cleverly designed taking full advantage of the panoramic views,
the living area set to the front of the house opens to a fantastic BBQ area complete with inbuilt gourmet BBQ.
FEATURES: The upper level has polished floorboards throughout and comprises of two bedrooms, both with queen size beds and each with their own special view. Bedroom 2 also accesses the large sundeck with yes more of those special views.
Downstairs is bedroom 3 for the kids with two sets of bunks and rumpus with TV and DVD. Polished concrete floors in the main living area, CD player and views from every glance, comfortable dining and well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas cook top, electric oven and dishwasher.
The property has two bathrooms, washer and dryer, off street parking and outdoor shower.
PLEASE note that this property does NOT include WI-FI or an internet connection.
Mobile Phone coverage in the area is supported by Telstra and Optus networks.
Unfortunately if you have a Voda phone then there is little to no reception in the area.
