LUXURY VILLA RIGHT ON THE BEACH!
Two bedrooms apartment Ivan situated at the ground floor.
"Villa Anka" with the best location in the entire area is perfect place for romantic holiday or a great family vacation.
The villa has a new luxuriously appointed apartments name Ivona, Jan & Ivan.
IN APRIL 2019, WE ARE OPENING A BRAND-NEW HEATED SWIMMING POOL (8 x 4 metres).
The pool is private, and only guests from JAN, IVONA & IVAN Apartments will have access to it.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt.
Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt.
There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.
Villa is situated on a perfect location, right to the small beach for our guests, 3 km long seaside promenade with many caffes, restaurants and tourist boats stops 50 meters from Villa and run to Trogir and Split.
In the Mediterranean ambient Villa Anka is only 2 km from the old town of Trogir (cover by UNESCO), with its intact historical and cultural values and an attractive present, in the very heart of the Adriatic amid lush Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying the luxury of peaceful nature and enchanting old town. Trogir is one of the oldest and most exciting cities on the Croatian side of Adriatic coast.
We can organize for you different excursions to the nearby towns, national parks and islands and give you all information.
We also can organize for you taxi from the airport to the Villa Anka.
Ap. IVAN is two bedrooms apartment situated at the ground floor, ( cca 45 m2) included huge terrace (30 m2),with outside sofa bed and dinning &relax area. Large terrace overlooking the sea, heated swimming pool in a front of Villa, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning in every bedroom, free internet access, SAT LCD TV, separate entrance, using grill in garden, private parking lot.
You will be welcome in the Villa by owner or housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay.
We will welcome you to the Villa Anka with a complimentary bottle of homemade vine and traditional homemade sweets!
Luxury apartment Ivan is within the Villa.
Our villa is small family business with tradition of 40 years.

“Beautiful villa Anka”
Have just returned from 10 days at villa anka, what can I say? The location is superb, the apartment itself is beautiful, Anna was so helpful nothing was to much trouble for her. The view from the balcony was wonderful, we spent parts of day day just watching the gorgeous yachts going past. The beach was at the end of the garden, the water was lclear as a bell and warm, also the water taxi was so close as well, nice restaurants close by, so our stay was wonderful we did not want to come home. Only down side was some of the beach beds were broken but other than that would recommend villa anka to our friends, stunning location and beautiful apartment we hope to come back.

“Perfect in every way”
The location is amazing. This ground floor apartment had wonderful views out to sea, even from our bed! The accommodation could not have been better, it was extremely clean and well laid out and had everything we needed. The patio was the hi-light with plenty of seating and you really did not need to go anywhere as you could watch the boats from dawn to dusk sailing to and from Trogir. I would like to thank Ivona the owner for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment and the ease of contact and communication from booking and throughout our stay from arranging taxis to and from the airport and arranging also for Ana the lovely host to take us to the local supermarket on arrival. With the beach at the foot of the gate of the apartment and the array of restaurants not only in Trogir but also just on our doorstep and the local taxi boat literally 100 meters away you could really not have a more wonderful location.
