Description

The house 450 jears old and is part of the fishing village of Seget Donji, inside a rectangular medieval castle. The centre city of Trogir is 1.5km away, a 15-20 minute walk, five minutes by car, and also accessible by taxi-boat. Split is 30 minutes by car or an hour by public transport. Split airport is just a 10 minute drive.

2 min from nearst beach with 2 km lungo mare. 2 min nearest restaurants and caffe bars,10 min, bus stop, markets, baker, pharmacy, doctor. In the sommer regular taxiboat line to city of Trogir.

The house has a to separated apartments A1 and A2.

A1- Apartment is on the first floor of house. It has a full equipment kitchen with all necessary kitchen accessories and a living room with SAT TV, DVD player and WiFi connectivity. The dining table can expand to comfortably sit 6..

There are two bedroom with king size beds and living room with sofa which can be used like another bad. The bathroom has shower, wc, handbasin and washing machine. There is another small toilet in the biger badroom and that room has also a SAT TV with DVD player! Towels and linen are included.

A2- Apartment is on the ground floor of house. It has full equipment kitchen with all necessary kitchen accessories.

There is one bedroom with king size bed and another sofa which can be used like another bad. The bathroom has shower, wc, handbasin and washing machine.

There is SAT TV, DVD player and WiFi connectivity. The dining table can expand to comfortably sit 3. Towels and linen are included.

The house has a nice terace in the sommer coverd in vines!!
