Description
The house has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings in the end of the street. Detached holiday house for 6 to 8 people, 40m from the sea with heated private outdoor heated pool. The swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters). The water in the pool is chlorine-free. The pool is for sole use of the guests.
Indoor area is 80sq.m, lot size 500sq.m, Property has a big terrace 35 sq.m and a pool terrace 50sq.m with beautiful sea view. On premises there is an open air barbeque as well as open air solar shower.
6 people are sleeping in 3 bedrooms and there is a possibility of 2 additional people to sleep in the living room on a pull out sofa bed.
The nearest beach is 40 meters away. Type of beaches in the vicinity: pebble beaches and larger rock fragments. The house has direct access to the beach.
Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. Total number of air conditioning devices is 4.
Parking in the shades is provided for 2 cars in the courtyard.
The house is located in Seget Vranjica which is 5 km away from Trogir and 30km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 12km.

“Superb”
Wonderful villa, in a brilliant location. The outdoor space was excellent, lovely heated pool, large terrace and ample seating with beautiful views of the sea. Easy walking to local bars and restaurants with the water taxi to Trogir within view of the villa and less that a couple of minutes walk. The villa itself was very well equipped with comfortable beds, extra pillows and exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were proper mugs for tea and coffee and decent wine glasses which is not something you get in every holiday rental but important to us. Marin was very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, especially as we left our house and car keys in the safe and he very kindly sent them to our home address that same day we left. Would thoroughly recommend this place.
