Loft-like 1 room roof-terrace apartment, on the first floor, located to the garden, about 75 m² with open fireplace and private secluded roof terrace of about 30 m². In the middle of the island of Mallorca, in the small original country town of SENCELLES is located on the outskirts towards INCA the 17th century mansion "Can Mavi." The historic property with its 450 m² living space and an almost paradisiac, secluded about 800 m² Garden with pool, was extensively renovated and modernized in September 2012, while preserving the traditional Mallorcan style. The Can Mavi has five spacious and functional apartments. The architecture of the building reflects the once grand Mallorcan style and today combines the traditional building elements with modern facilities and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and restful stay. On the private, secluded roof terrace you can take the self-prepared breakfast and after sunbathing on a balmy summer evenings in peace undisturbed with a glass of wine to end the day. The large lounge on the ground floor with open fireplace and access to the garden with its large palm trees, the central olive tree, the Bucanville and the small romantic fountain, is available to all tenants for use, as well as the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. SENCELLES: The location on the outskirts of the town of Sencelles offers the possibility of direct contact with the Mallorcan inhabitants. Be it in one of the small pubs in town, on market day on Wednesday or in one of the shops for daily needs. For shopping you drive about 10 minutes to INKA, or 20 minutes to PALMA. For a restful day on the beach you need about 30 minutes driving on small Majorcan country roads, through the typical Mediterranean landscape of the island center to the natural beach of MURO or the lively beach life after ALCUDIA and for surfing or kiting to PORT POLLENCA. THE APARTMENT: 1 combined living / sleeping room, 1 sep. Bedroom with double bed also to use as 2 single beds, separate kitchen unit with 4 burner gas cooker, fridge, microwave, sitting / dining area, fireplace, double bed, sofa bed bathroom with shower, WC, Sat-TV Wi-Fi Air conditioning own secluded roof terrace with sun loungers Pool in the garden We would like to point out that the house and the garden and pool area are not designed for toddlers. Therefore, for security and liability reasons, we can only accept bookings with children of school age. We reserve the right to change the equipment details on the photos such as pictures, lamps, carpets, curtains, vases or other decorations as needed.
