Description
Rotonda Sunrise è un appartamento vacanze completamente rinnovato di quasi 100 mq. vicinissimo sia al mare (è dotato di splendida vista dal balcone sulla Rotonda a Mare!) che al centro storico di Senigallia.
La struttura è stata completamente rinnovata nei primi mesi del 2022. Tutti gli impianti sono nuovissimi, così come i bagni, gli infissi e buona parte degli arredi.
L'appartamento è dotato di due camere con letto matrimoniale: la camera oro e la camera smeraldo, quest'ultima con un ulteriore divano letto a due posti. Nel grande salone si trovano divani letto per altri tre comodi posti potenziali.
La cucina, anch'essa nuovissima, è ora strutturata con un grande open space per consentire agli ospiti il massimo spazio disponibile.
Tutte le camere e il salone sono dotate di impianto di aria condizionata.
Il vano doccia di uno dei due bagni è dotato di servizio di cromoterapia.
Una Fire Stick Video consente in ogni camera la visione di vari pacchetti già abilitati e a disposizione degli ospiti.
Connessione internet in fibra con Go Internet.
L'appartamento è anche dotato di due ampi balconi, una veranda vista mare con tavolino per la colazione e parcheggio privato sotterraneo con posto numerato a esclusiva disposizione degli ospiti.
Proponiamo sconti progressivi per i bambini. In particolare i più piccoli saranno ospiti gratuiti e per i neonati è compresa tutta la dotazione necessaria (seggiolone, fasciatoio, passeggino, vaschetta per il bagno e giochi idonei) per consentire alle famiglie di trascorrere una vacanza serena senza troppa fatica.
Importante sottolineare che i prezzi applicati nella stagione estiva comprendono tutti i servizi: sia le utenze, ovviamente, ma anche le pulizie e la tassa di soggiorno, che rimarranno a nostro carico.
Si segnala che, mentre nei mesi estivi affittiamo a famiglie e gruppi di turisti, nei restanti periodi (da metà settembre a metà giugno, indicativamente) affittiamo le singole stanze, a beneficio di chi vuole risparmiare accettando la condivisione degli spazi comuni (bagni, cucine, terrazzi...) con gli altri ospiti.
