Rent for the summer season in Senigallia (An) house of 115 square meters on four piani..più three terraces ... new, parquet..idromassaggio, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. House very comfortable, functional and comfortable with almost everything, with two terraces and another more 'large terrace, adjacent to soffittino, basement. Very close to the sea and 100 meters from the city ', for a pleasant stay in Senigallia

Sia il Minimarket che il negozio di animali hanno comunque dei prezzi un po' più cari rispetto alla Conad che si trova più su .. verso via Verdi e che si può raggiungere anche dalla statale ... Ci sono prezzi molto buoni anche per il cibo per animali ... Questo è un piccolo supermercato ed è il più vicino a casa mia .. Altrimenti in tutta la città ve ne sono diversi anche più grandi... Per esempio quelli nei centri commerciali... Essendo poi il centro molto vicino .. troverete di tutto in centro città .. C'é anche un parco verde dietro alla zona stadio...E nella zona stadio troverete veramente di tutto ...quattro parrucchieri .. ferramenta ..due centri estetici .. due bar ... una lavanderia automatica..

Gli animali sono più che ben accetti .. :) La casa è molto spaziosa.. C' è anche una taverna sotto.. dove fa più fresco.. Ho messo due ventilatori all'interno della casa e comunque non essendo le finestre molto grandi rimane abbastanza fresca .. La botola che si trova nel terrazzo adiacente alla cucina va mantenuta aperta per areare la taverna . Nel water non va buttato nient'altro che non sia carta igienica.. La lavatrice non va caricata troppo perché ha una capienza di 5 kg.. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie.. non c'è una spesa per le pulizie .. Pulisco la casa personalmente o mi affido ad un'agenzia di pulizie .. Per chi desidera la sanificazione con macchinari .. c'è un costo aggiuntivo di €50 da pagare tramite bonifico bancario
