Ca' Marchesi è un comodo appartamento nel cuore della Valtellina. Si tratta di una mansarda con tre locali: due camere da letto, un soggiorno con cucina a vista e bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Esposto su tre lati, ha due terrazzi: uno si affaccia sul retro e uno sul fronte della casa. Questa soluzione è ottimale per nuclei numerosi che in completa autonomia e riservatezza gestiranno il loro soggiorno.
Tutti gli ospiti, grandi e piccini, hanno libero accesso all'ampio giardino della casa, allestito nei periodi estivi a solarium.Circonda completamente la struttura un ricco frutteto, coltivato dall'azienda agricola di famiglia prevalentemente a meleti.
La sua posizione isolata rispetto al resto del nucleo abitativo lo rendono il luogo ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità e un'immersione completa nella natura. La posizione di Ca' Marchesi è allo stesso tempo strategica, non solo per raggiungere a 3 km di distanza la stazione del famoso Trenino rosso del Bernina (Bernina Express) a Tirano ma anche per i molti viaggiatori appassionati di sport (sci, trekking, cicloturismo) o alla ricerca di relax presso le terme di Bormio.

The apartment is beautiful. Laura is a wonderful host and very thoughtful. We have stayed twice and will stay again. There is nowhere better to stay in the Valltelina region.
