Fantastic town house in the very centre of Seville
Three stories with small roof terrace
The House
This house is a true gem! Right in the centre of Seville at the end of Calle Tetuan, beside La Campana surrounded by shops, squares and just a very short stroll from the Cathedral and the Giralda.
As you enter the house guests will climb one flight of stairs to the living area. The lounge is a good size with large windows, fantastic, modern sofa that is also a double sofa bed makes this room ideal for relaxing or watching some TV on the plasma screen.
There is also a dining table and six chairs so guests may sit down and enjoy meals cooked in the kitchen that is off the lounge. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything guests will need to prepare great meals.
Up the second flight of stairs and you come to the first bedroom, comfortable twin beds furnish this room, these can be left together or separate according to what guest wish, just outside this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Fresh clean towels will be provided upon arrival.
Up on the next floor the layout is exactly the same. The bathroom on this floor has also a bath. Both bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes.
At the top of the house there is a small roof terrace where guests will be able to sit and enjoy the great Seville weather or just watch the world go by!

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. THE STAIRS FROM THE LOUNGE TO THE FIRST FLOOR ARE OPEN ON ONE SIDE.

“Central townhouse with roof terrace”
The townhouse is a credit to the owners location is superb very central and no car needed. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean. Everything within walking distance. We would certainly stay here again. Just one issue which didn't effect us I wouldn't recommend to people who have walking difficulties there's many stairs up to the bedrooms and roof terrace. Apart from this very good for anyone else. We had superb weather and did use the a.c. in October it worked well. Beautiful accommodation and location great.
