Description

The Frangipani Apartment (ground floor - 1/3 people max). It has just been completely renovated few months ago; it has a bedroom with a double queen bed with sheets of excellent cotton, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser and wardrobe with safe; there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything: 4 gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets, Italian coffee machine, american coffee maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc; the bathroom has a beautiful sink, new exclusive tiles with mosaic, toilet and a large shower.

At the entrance of the apartment there is a covered patio overlooking the garden and the sea with table, chairs and garden with lawn on two sides around and a Frangipani tree from which the apartment takes the name. There are 110 volt plugs (with the American system) and 220 volt plugs 10/16, Italian, European and German) and a ceiling fan. If necessary it's possible to add and extra 3rd bed or a baby cot/crib at a supplement of 10 USD per night. There is also Air Conditioning available at a supplement of 10 USD per night (max 12 hours) and 15 USD for 24/24. Final cleanings are included on the quote, while cleanings during the stay costs 35 USD each. This is a self catering apartment, but we change the bathroom towels every 3-4 days and the bed linen every 7 days.

We offer to our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment rental such as Surf, Windsurf, Kite and Sup with also a kayak, few bicycles and Car Rental with external companies. The Apartment is located at 80 meters from the sea, 130 meters far from the Silver Sands Beach and 90 meters from Surfer's Bay a Bar and Restaurant.
