E' composto da camera matrimoniale, cameretta, bagno con doccia, soggiorno- cucina ben attrezzata con stoviglie, accessori, biancheria. Si trova in zona residenziale periferica tranquilla a 3 km dal centro di Sirolo e dalla costa. Per gli spostamenti è necessaria l'auto.
