Stunning newly renovated penthouse apartment of 50m2 in the heart of Sitges town. This modern, bright and airy flat has two spacious terraces for enjoying the sun and BBQs during your holiday. The beaches are only 5 minutes away on foot, and you will find excellent restaurants and shops just at the foot of the building.
This attractive property disposes a vast living room with double sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and WIFI internet access and goes out directly onto a private terrace with sun beds. The open concept kitchen is state of the art and includes a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all you need for preparing your meals. There is also a dining table for four people. In the front you will find another large private terrace with lounge area, dining table and BBQ.
The bedroom is good size with a double bed, two bed side tables and a flat screen TV. For your storage needs, there is a roomy walk-in closet. In the bathroom is a large shower ideal for unwinding after a stressful day on the beach.
There is airconditioning throughout the apartment for your comfort. There is also a washing machine.
This exceptional flat has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Spain.
*** Please note as with most older buildings in the centre of Sitges, there is no elevator available.
