Experience this incredible air-conditioned 9 bedroom authentic Spanish Masia, superbly renovated with impeccable attention to detail, offering magnificent modern facilities for up to 21 guests. The villa includes an enormous heated infinity pool and entertaining area, with a covered terrace that accommodates over 50 seated guests, and all just 30 minutes from one of Europe's most fantastic cities, Barcelona.
We also offer an additional glamping option to sleep up to another 20 guests at a cost of €75 pp per night for a 4-person tent and €100 pp per night for a 2-person tent.
Our villa is set high on a hillside, overlooking the Penedes wine region, on 600 acres of absolute private land with breathtaking sea and mountain views. Surrounded by the Garraf National Park, and just 30 minutes from Barcelona.
Casa Nova Estate is one of the most luxurious and authentically restored homes in the Barcelona area, meticulously prepared for your arrival. It will be a week to remember, not only for you, but also for your guests. Imagine enjoying breakfast and dinner overlooking 600 acres of pristine natural land. Talking, laughing, sharing, and connecting, for nights and days on end. We will provide a contract, a 30% deposit should be paid within 10 days, with the remainder due 5 weeks prior to arrival.
If you are booking less then 5 weeks in advance the whole sum is required to confirm the booking.
We accept PayPal, credit card (visa or mastercard) or wire transfer.
We charge a refundable deposit of €1,500 in case of damages. This is required prior to arrival.
A daily maid service is available - please ask for details. This does not include linen/towel change which can be added for an additional fee.

Covered terrace with room for over 40 guests to have a sit down meal.
The rear grounds of the property were recently replanted and landscaped. It is absolutely beautiful 360 degrees around the villa with room for more than 150 guests to have a sit down dinner while enjoying the nature!
