Villa Sitges Tupinetti, villa entièrement rénovée pour le mois de mai 2017, oeuvre d'un prestigieux architecte a été une villa vanguardista de Sitges dans les années 1960 et a maintenu son esencia Art-Déco haut de gamme avec une rénovation et modernisation complète de la Villa: avec plus de 400 mètres construidos , Confortable, avec piscine privée,Jardin de 800 m2, Chill-out et 2 sols et un solarium avec une vue spectaculaire, à 100 mètres de la plage et les célèbres plages de Sitges (1 minute à pieds) comme du magnifique "Paseo marítimo" et a 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Sitges et de toute sa zone de loisirs: Restaurants, magazins, bares, discothéques, et... A 3 minutes en voiture du Golf de Sitges qui borde la mer méditerranée.
Capacité pour 12/14 personnes avec maximum 10 adultes.
Villa Sitges Tupinetti appartient à une fondation qui consacre le 100% des revenus nets de la villa à des actions benéfiques.
La Villa se trouve dans la deuxième ligne de la promenade de Sitges (front de mer), avec l' avantage de la proximité de la plage de Sitges et du centre de Sitges avec la tranquillité de ne pas être en "première ligne de mer".
Un jardin de plus de 800 mètres carrés dans la zone la plus luxueuse de Sitges, une piscine privée 8 * 4 , quelques arbres magnifiques pour se reposer à l'ombre et en toute tranquillitée.

Leave the villa in very bad cleaning conditions or a lot of trush may incur a aditonal charges. A misuse of the airconditiong or central heating too.
