Our “little” one… 95 m2 that can host 4 guests.
Extending in the ground floor, it consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It stands out thanks to its tall wooden roofs, the minimal decoration and its romantic atmosphere.
Built at the highest point of the property, in direct contact with the neighbouring wood, the surrounding area and the pool, this villa gives the guests the feeling of having everything close at hand.
Nevertheless, if you want to dive in the sea, an impressive stone stair leads you to the small beach with the blue-green water.
Ideal for those combining a villa and sailing or boating holiday.

“Lefkada”
Had a fabulous holiday, having stayed at Villa Penelope in Sivota 6 years previously. Wonderful welcome gifts waiting for us when we arrived on a late flight from Manchester, so no need trying to find somewhere to eat - fridge stocked with water, milk, eggs, butter, cheese and ham, plus a huge bowl of fresh fruit, tea, coffee and bread! Villa immaculately clean, comfortable and very private, but still retained fabulous views of the village, marina and surrounding mountains - all in all,a perfect holiday!

“Beautiful villa in a fabulous location”
Villa Penelope is in a perfect location in Sivota - you can easily walk to all of the tavernas in Sivota without having to use the car, although it is useful to have a car in order to explore the island. It is very private - although there is an adjacent villa, it is slightly lower down than villa Penelope and there is privacy by way of a dense fir tree hedge between the two properties. The villa itself is modern and well equipped. Would definitely return.

“Simply perfect!,”
We have just returned from a week at Villa Penelope and it was simply perfect!! If you are looking for a holiday to unwind and relax in a picturesque setting, then look no further. This is a top quality villa that was in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. The accommodation is ideal for 2 couples with 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 top quality bathrooms and a very attractive open plan kitchen and living room.The pool and outside area was just brilliant wih lovely views to the harbouside of Sivota, just 5 minutes walk from the doorstep. There are plenty of good tavernas and bars at your finger tips where you will find friendly staff who make you very welcome. The harbour is full of boats to admire and was reasonably quiet at the time of our vist, but must get busy in the height of the summer. The owner, Maria, is incredibly helpful before you arrive and organised a taxi that was waiting for us at the airport. Maurino and Beatte, the Housekeepers, were very friendly and on hand to help out with any problems. We have had a wonderful holiday staying in Villa Penelope and will definitely return - hopefully as soon as possible. Thank you Maria for sharing your lovely villa with us.
