Description
Lefkada is an island in the Ionian Sea with the most impressive and pristine beaches in the World. Egremni beach is voted year after year as a top 5 beaches worldwide by media such as CNN and the Guardian. Syvotas Bay is a small picturesque fishing village with one of the most exclusive areas for Villas in Lefkada built around it. The amazing natural harbor is bustling with sailing boats almost all year round and the fishermen bring fresh fish daily for the tavernas and to be sold off the fishing boats. The Dynasty Villas are located in Syvota, Lefkada, and offer an an amazing view of the harbor and of Ithaca and Cephalonia.
The villa is equipped with an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi , has a private parking lot for two cars while it shares a private tennis court with the other two villas of the complex. Aktion Airport is located 20 km from the property. An array of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found at a distance of 1 km. Less than 100 meters from the seafront overlooking the entrance and the sailing boats entering and exiting Syvotas Bay.
The villa consists of 2 floors of approx. 55m2 and one upper floor of 30m2. All floors are connected with internal staircase. This villa contains a bedroom on the second floor with its private bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. The views from the bed of the harbor below are stunning allowing one to lay down and watch all the sail boats and yachts going in an out at the entrance of the cove. You would have a pretty hard time getting up in the morning.
The first floor contains a second bedroom with twin beds that can become a double bed easily. There is a second bathroom on this floor for the bedroom as well as for the living room and kitchen. The living room has stunning views from inside of Ithaca and Cephalonia on the southeast and the Harbor on the West. The couch is ideally located to catch the panoramic views from the 3 large windows. The fireplace is centrally located between two windows and the large wooden ceiling of over 5 meters provides a grandeur that is unparalleled and only compares to a multi-millionaire’s mansion. On the west, the large window lets all the sunlight shine through to the living room and the wooden deck porch leads to a large 6X9 infinity swimming pool. The lawn around the pool is the perfect setting for lounging around, playing and catching some sun.
The ground floor has 2 very large bedrooms, each with its own closets and washing machine, which share a large bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi.
