Description
This villa is located in the beautiful village of Ratzakli, between the bustling village of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios, at very short distance of the two.
Built on a hill overlooking the village, this single storey villa is quietly located on a large lot surrounded by greenery and offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the Bay of Mouda ( or Mounda) and the island of Zakynthos (Zante).
It is located at 1400 meters from the large sandy beach of Kaminia ending on the south by the naturist beach of Mouda where you can sunbathe in peace in a wild environment.
This villa is comfortable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, but can accommodate up to 6 people with a sofa bed in the living room, (a cot can be added free of charge upon request).A large terrace of 75 m2 surrounds the pool, where you can sunbathe naked in privacy if you like, that's why the villa is often rented by naturists who appreciate being able to stay naked during their holidays, with a private pool directly accessible from the living room and bedrooms, with magnificent sea views.
This terrace is equipped with the furniture for take meals outside.The living room overlooks the terrace and is equipped with a flat screen with satellite and DVD player.The room overlooking the terrace is equipped with a double bed, while the other nature-oriented room has two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob recessed, wall oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, ... .
All rooms are air conditioned, in addition, ceiling fans.Windows and bay windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.
All linen is provided.The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.You can access the Internet and send and receive faxes.
At 200m you will find a snack bar.
The owners, (French-Greek couple), will be on hand to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable.
They can take you for a day trip with their new motorboat to admire unique landscapes and go in inaccessible beaches where you will be alone in the world.

“Superb villa - highly recommended”
Superbly equipped property in quiet, peaceful and secluded surroundings. Patrick, the owner, is friendly and accommodating but never intrusive. A car is virtually essential as there are no shops and only one eaterie in the immediate vicinity, although a mobile baker passes by six days a week. Skala is a ten-minute drive away and has good supermarkets and restaurants, whilst Katelios is a similar distance and is less commercialised, with more traditional beach-side tavernas. This was our second visit to the villa and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.

“Fantastic villa with great view”
Fully equipped (it's got everything) villa with lovely pool and great view. Owners are friendly but not intrusive. Villa was very private and area was wonderfully quiet. Everything provided at a very reasonable price. You must have a car because there are no shops in the area at all and no bus service. Skala is about 4Km away and is great for restaurants and shops and a lovely beach. Kamina beach (near villa) is lovely and very quiet. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a quiet holiday with a very private villa suitable for nudists.
