Description
This villa is located in the beautiful village of Ratzakli, between the bustling village of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios, at very short distance of the two.
Built on a hill overlooking the village, this single storey villa is quietly located on a large lot surrounded by greenery and offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the Bay of Mouda (Munda) and the island of Zakynthos (Zante).
It is located at 1400 meters from the large sandy beach of Kaminia ending on the south by the naturist beach of Mouda where you can sunbathe in peace in a wild environment.
The villa is comfortable for 2 people with one bedroom, but can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed in the living room, (a cot can be added free of charge upon request).
A large terrace of 75 m2 surrounds the pool, where you can sunbathe naked in privacy if you like, that's why the villa is often rented by naturists who appreciate being able to stay naked during their holidays, with a private pool directly accessible from the living room and bedroom, with magnificent sea views.
This terrace is equipped with the furniture for take meals outside.The living room overlooks the terrace and is equipped with a flat screen with satellite and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob recessed, wall oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, ... .
All rooms are air conditioned, with in addition ceiling fans.Windows and bay windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.All linen is provided.
The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
You can access the Internet and send and receive faxes.
At 200m you will find a snack bar.The owners, (French-Greek couple), will be on hand to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable.
They can take you for a day trip with their new motorboat to admire unique landscapes and go in inaccessible beaches where you will be alone in the world.

“The perfect villa to enjoy your own Greek oddessey!”
Pristine, clean and well equipped villa with superb, private pool from where you have spectacular views across the Ionian sea to Zante and mainland Greece. The location is great for exploring the beautiful island and for popping out to dine in one of the many great restaurants in nearby Scala or Katelios. The friendly owner, Patrick, was on hand if we had any questions or needed anything, but he was not intrusive at all. We were very lucky to have been given a jar of his delicious homemade fig jam! We had an amazing holiday there and can't wait to return! Thank you so much Patrick and Emmanuelle!! We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

“Wonderful - Already booked for next year”
Best holiday ever! The villa, gardens and pool are idyllic, in a secluded peaceful location with a fantastic view over the Ionian sea towards Zakynthos. The villa is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need and all in perfect spotless order. Patrick & Emanuelle (the owners) are very friendly and welcoming, always available, but never intrusive. As 'amateur' naturists (when the opportunity arises) this is the perfect location, with the privacy of the villa and nearby naturist beach of Mounda offering the choice to sunbathe and swim 'au naturel' if you wish. Situated between the resort of Skala and the quiet fishing village of Katelios the location is perfect. You do need a hire car to explore the beauty of the island, Venus car hire in Katelios delivered and collected our car from the airport at no extra cost! We've been to quite a few Greek islands over the years but Kefalonia is now our favorite with stunning interior countryside and breathtaking coastlines and beaches. It's a must for anyone who loves peace, quiet and nature.
