Description
Villa di Capri commands a towering position high above the country road leading from the traditional village and port Poros to Skala and offers panoramic view over the picturesque headlands of this beautiful area. Designed to satisfy all your needs, this luxurious villa is offering a perfect choice either for couples or families.
A private infinity pool with gorgeous sea view and an outdoor Jacuzzi are offered.
Villa di Capri is built in two levels. On the pool-level floor there is a open plan living room , with dining table and sofa close to the fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view ,a shared bathroom and a warehouse.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These bedrooms are provided with balconies with an amazing endless sea view.
The villa grounds are accessed via electronic gates directly from the coastal road.
Enclosed by hand-built stone walls and backed by the rugged rocky countryside of this area,
Villa Di Capri occupies a wonderful spot in this beautiful part of Kefalonia.

About Skala
Situated on the Ionian island of Kefalonia, Skala is one of the most popular Greek holiday destinations and attracts visitors from all over the world. Skala is offering one of the best beaches in Kefalonia as well as a variety of facilities and activities, such as elegant restaurants, traditional tavernas, bars, pool bars, jewellers, supermarkets, beach sports and playgrounds.
With its crystal clear waters and a backdrop of lush, green pine trees, the beach is wonderfully picturesque. Umbrellas and loungers are available for hire and a variety of watersports are offered. “Villa de capri”
We stopped at this beautiful villa in June 2022 we were on honeymoon for two weeks, the villa is located between poros and skala the villa it self is lovely well equipped and clean the housekeeper came over several times Over the two weeks to clean and replaced with new linen , the owner Lefteris, was very professional and helpful, throughout our stay , the views from the villa are breathtaking as you can see from the pictures, the pool is massive and clean, pool man came, serval times , we will definitely recommend this it is a little gem located with the sun on you all day with panoramic views … Mike and Dawn Hutchins

“Breathtaking view”
Villa di Capri is in an absolutely beautiful location. The view is out of this world and one I feel so lucky to have shared. The villa is really comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The welcome pack was really helpful and the extra bits like washing tablets, toiletries and kitchen bits were really useful. The coffee machine and toastie machine were loved and greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were really comfortable and having air conditioning in every room made a huge difference as it was so hot. The drive of the villa is really steep but after you have done it a few times, it is fine. There are lots of little beaches nearby so you don’t need to go to the big beaches in Skala if you want something a bit more peaceful. The villa is between Skala and Poros. We preferred Poros to Skala for eating out but the supermarkets in Skala are good. We went to Lidl in Argostoli after leaving the airport which was great for a first shop. If you go to Poros go to Taverna Agrapidos. The food and view is amazing. I would highly recommend staying at Villa di Capri. You will never see a view like it.

“Villa Di Capri”
Just got back from our stay in Villa Di Capri. This Villa has the most amazing views and the sunsets are just stunning. Will miss losing hours just watching the boats and ferries. Pool just beautiful as well. Villa well equipped and A/C very welcome as it was very hot. Villa in between Skala and Poros, car is definitely essential, we upgraded to a 4x4 and it was the best decision, the roads are very thin and all hairpins from the airport and the drive up to the Villa was very steep. Skala has good fishmonger and butcher and a few bakeries and mini markets. Lots of restaurants ... sciroco and mikelatos are excellent and sunrise at the very end of the beach road is also very good. Well worth hiring a boat to go up the coast to antisamos beach and see the coves etc. Also Argostoli and Sami a nice day out. We had the most lovely holiday and would definitely return. Kefalonia is the most stunningly beautiful island. Only downside( minor grumble) was the lack of info in the Villa, a visitors book or info pack would have been so useful. We have left a few taxi numbers that will hopefully not get thrown away by the cleaner for future guests, both guys knew where the villa was! Hearty recommend both the island and the Villa.

“Great vocation”
