Welcome to our newly refurbished 1-bedroom ground floor maisonette in the heart of Sliema, one of Malta's most sought-after areas.

This charming apartment combines modern amenities with historical charm, offering a comfortable and affordable stay that will not break the bank.

As a property manager specializing in vacation homes, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and employees. We have invested in training, equipment, and rigorous cleaning and safety protocols, following the guidelines of the MTA and health authorities. The apartment comprises a double bedroom with an adjoining en-suite bathroom featuring a comfortable bathtub and built-in shower. The bedroom leads out to a quaint courtyard, a rare outdoor space in bustling Sliema, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.

The air-conditioned living/kitchen and dining area is fitted with a newly done Italian kitchen with all necessary appliances, providing a pleasurable cooking experience.

The location is ideal for those looking to spend a car-free holiday in the heart of the action, with shops, restaurants, bars, and bus stops to St Julians and Valletta just a few minutes' walk away. Grocery shops are just round the corner, while a short walk gets you to the Sliema Promenade, where all the hustle and bustle is.

If you do opt to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and neighboring ones. We can also arrange airport transfers.
