DERELLI Deluxe is your five star accommodation experience in Sofia!

ACCOMMODATION – Includes an initial supply for each booking according to the number of guests with the following:

•Welcome Package (compliments on the house such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol drinks, sweet and salty snacks and other);

• Salt and pepper set, sugar, oil and vinegar set.

•Liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, handkerchiefs, hotel slippers, air freshener, mosquito tablet;

•Detergent for dishes, sponge and dish towels, paper towels, napkins, toothpicks, and ear picks, dishwasher tablet, gel capsule for white and colored laundry, garbage bags.

• Lint roller, shoe shine sponge, sewing kit, first aid kit.

•Bed sheets are changed every 5th day (bed sheets in the apartment)

•Changing towels every 3rd day (clean towels in the apartment)

•Tourist tax and insurance.

•Free brochures and maps with sights of Sofia.

The apartment combines a contemporary interior with modern, brand new furniture (in 2012) and renewed in 2015, giving you the comfort of home with the luxury you would expect from a five star hotel in which you would want to live in!

The apartment is 63m2 and has a hall, a kitchenette, and living room corner – retractable sofa 145cm/210cm, a dining set, a bedroom with 165cm/210cm bed, a bathroom and toilet with separate shower space, a terrace with garden table and chairs and it is designed for comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay from world top brands:

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES: oven, induction hot plates, microwave oven with grill, ventilation hood, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, BBQ and grill, mixer, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing and dryer machines, handheld cordless vacuum cleaner, standard vacuum cleaner, etc. - all by AEG-Electrolux and Philips;

PERSONAL CARE: hair dryer, iron, ironing board - all by Philips professional and Braun;

ENTERTAINMENT: multilingual digital television – 160 digital channels and 20 HD channels, 2 TV sets - 42’’LCD и 26’’LED Internet TV; Hi Fi Home Theater DVD, Blu-Ray players; Hi Fi surround sound in the bathroom so you don't have to sing in the shower; smart phone docking station - all by Sony;

COMFORT: automatic lighting with intensity controller by Schneider; automatic terrace tent by Somfy; DAIKIN air conditioners; GROHE taps; Magniflex mattresses and pillows;

SECURITY: BOSCH alarm and fire alarm systems ; personal safe box; Intercom; SOT - alarm response & mobile patrols services and building video surveillance system.

APPLIANCES: full kitchen equipment for cooking and serving food, as well as everything needed for longer stay for up to 4 people. IT AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES: free high-speed Wi Fi Internet, Skype, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube on the TV, also a notebook and a printer use at a small additional cost /upon request/;

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: optional baby bed (extra), highchair, baby bath tub with prior booking.

Airport Transfer:

A colleague of ours will be waiting for you at the Arrivals Exit, holding a “DERELLI Deluxe” Yellow Sign and he will drive you to the apartment for Check-In. (To find him during the meeting, please look and go to your left side after coming out from Arrivals Exit and to the central hall of the airport.)

Mini-bar; home food & drinks delivery; 24-hour guarded parking lot; provided transport from and to airport; cleaning upon request; washing and dry cleaning; extra packages for the overnight stay: personal care and cosmetics package, detergent package; festive decorations for special occasions; chamber orchestra; professional massage services; tour guide; driver; interpreter; personal guard; provided assistance for meetings or other occasions; expert consulting on: legal matters, accounting and financial matters, real estate matters, antique market and other services with prior request and with additional taxes.

DERELLI Deluxe has the highest certification for apartments on a hotel principal (3 stars) issued by the Mayor of Sofia Municipality-Republic of Bulgaria.

DERELLI Company Ltd. issues invoices for all of its services according to Bulgarian and European law (with VAT optional).

Payment can be: in cash, via bank transfer or credit or debit cards (VISA, MASTER, Maestro, V-pay) as well as Cash Back service – withdrawing amounts up to 200 BGN (100 EUR) per day.
