Description
The panoramic views of the Port of Soller from the front, and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea from the bedrooms, make this 3rd floor luxury apartment the nearest thing to living on a boat on land.
Air conditioning/central heating, Satellite TV.DVD player Wi-Fi Jacuzzi bath.
Terracotta clay tiled floor, tastefully furnished lounge/dinning opening onto terrace with table and chairs for alfresco eating in subtle lighting overlooking port.

The apartment is cleaned once a week. Towels and linen are provided and are also changed once a week.
Sofa bed could sleep one children.

Double bedroom, spacious and tastefully furnished with new firm mattress. Fitted wardrobes with amble draw and hanging space 2 large windows, 1 with expansive views of the rocky coastline, the other with uninterrupted views of the sea.
Jacuzzi, bath/shower, wc, marble vanity, wall mirror all round. Washer/dryer, downlighter ceiling.
New open plan fitted kitchen with view out to Port. Granite work top with vitroceramic electric hob, dishwasher, wall oven and microwave, fridge/freezer.

“A second honeymoon!”
Wow, where to start. What a fabulous apartment, a full sea view from the bedroom, and a view of the port from the generous balcony. Judith had provided everything we needed for our two week break, plenty of fans in each room and air con as well, even down to the complimentary wine and fruit in the fridge for our arrival. We rented apartment 7 which was perfect for the views of the port. Many evenings spent just people and yacht watching, although I did mention to Judith that a pair of binoculars for the super yacht watching would have been a bonus. We didn't even mind walking up the hill up to the apartment and the stairs inside the building, an opportunity to walk off all the lovely meals we had in the port. The apartment provided a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area, such as taking the tram to Soller, driving into the mountains to Deia and Fornalutx, or just relaxing on the beach. I have to add though that a car is not necessary as all areas are equally reached by taxi/tram. The apartment was spotless and cleaned halfway through our stay, and free WiFi was perfect for contacting our family through our stay. Thank you Judith for turning our holiday into an unexpected second Honeymoon as we could not have asked for a more romantic setting to just unwind, relax and soak up the fabulous atmosphere! we will definitely be back.

“What a picture”
Arrived in the early hours to a cosy apartment. From the balcony the harbour was a picture of twinkling lights. Next morning we were even more impressed by the harbour in daylight Had a fabulous relaxing week. Sunshine, great restaurants and total relax. The tram into Soller is a must and we even got the next tram from soller to Palma. Beautiful scenery and well worth doing Judy was very helpful and recommended a lovely transfer driver.

“Splendid views”
Appartment is clean, had everyting we needed and is a short walk from beach, shops and restaurants. View from balcony kept us entertained so we did not even need the TV. Difficult to fault anything.

“Cozy apartment with phantastic view”

Response from the owner Selina was the last person of the season to stay in the apartment at a very reduced rate for three weeks. We usually review the furniture and utensils at the end of the year which we did after she and her husband left. All the living room furniture has just been replaced: a brand new three meter sofa suitable also as an extra bed has just been installed and all chipped crockery replaced. It is a pity as we were in contact that the renter didn't advise me about anything she was unhappy about, as we would have instantly replaced it. As they were only two people I wasn't aware they were going to use the sofa bed,as if I knew the new one could have been installed for their convenience. The apartment is normally highly praised and enjoyed by the majority of people who stay there and we are on hand in Soller nearby to attend instantly to anything a renter might require including the latest films on DVD.
