In Provençal, "Cantarello" means "singer". And this spacious villa will certainly delight you! Located in a residential area on a plot of 2200m2, the "Cantarello" welcomes you for an idyllic holiday. Perfectly equipped, it offers a large living room (approx. 130m2) and patio, 3 comfortable suites, multiple terraces, a swimming pool 10X5. You can enjoy the sun in privacy, and quick access to the attractions of the region. Welcome ! ACCOMMODATION The interior of the house, approximately 240m2, allows to recover or isolate themselves as needed. On the ground floor there is a bright and welcoming entrance hall, a pleasant and functional kitchen (and a utility room), a spacious lounge-dining room complete with a patio with Mediterranean vegetation . This piece opens with large windows to the outside space. The patio and the house structure provides natural ventilation than 4 air conditioners complement the very hot summer days rest areas 3 suites with dressing room, bathroom or private bathroom. The large suite on the ground floor, 2 twin or double bed (180), offers high volume, bathroom with bath, and private access to an outdoor terrace. 2 other suites are located upstairs: one of about 18 m2 with a 160 bed, dressing room and bathroom with bath, open solarium. The other has 3 single beds, 2 on main level, 1 mezzanine (built), bathroom with Italian shower and openings on the garden terraces. A large loft overlooks the living room: you can enjoy at your leisure in rest room or sleeping area: 1 pull-out bed is available. The linens are new and of good quality. Bed linen and towels are provided. If you want to renew it during the stay, we propose to rent it. The garden and pool The land, fully enclosed, is spread over 3 terraces: - That of the villa, with friendly or intimate terraces, dining area shaded by awnings and garden furniture; - That the pool (10mx5m): salt pool, protected by a powerful alarm, wide beaches and sun for your moments of relaxation; - The lowest budding, through which you can also access the property allows each person to withdraw at its discretion The set, beautifully wooded, invites you for peaceful or playful moments, the rhythm of your stay. For your pleasure, a barbecue, table tennis and a games room with table football, punching bag .. ENVIRONMENT The villa is well located but a car is recommended for access to shops in the villages of Soll The villa is well located but a car is recommended to access the shopping village of Sollies Viille, Sollies Pont and La Farlède (about 5 minutes). TOURISM AND RECREATION can be reached in 25 minutes of Hyères-les -Palmiers and its charming historic center; Hyères, you are 5 minutes from the beach of Almanarre, famous windsurfing spot and delight vacationers with its 5km of sand, one of the many beaches of the Giens peninsula, protected site, is a wild and beautiful place which allows for walks in the beautiful scenery, small ports nestled in rocky coves; You can also enjoy water sports. The Golden Isles: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, protected areas too, will offer boat trips for lovers of fishing. But you can also visit the nearby coastal towns that have kept their village and picturesque side: Bormes les Mimosas, Grimaud, Saint Tropez ... On land, a multitude of typical Provencal villages propose to you: cobbled streets and fresh, Provencal markets, craft art, historical centers: Sillans la Cascade, Cotignac, Villecroze, Salernes and its ceramics, Collobrières and the Chartreuse of Verne ... essential places available to you such as Avignon, Aix en-provence and Sainte Victoire, the gorges du Verdon ... Fontvieille and the mill of Alphonse Daudet ... golf courses are plentiful in the Var; the closest one is Valgarde So whatever your desires and your tastes, you can only be delighted with your stay. This is exactly what we want! Other information We pay attention to respect for the environment, nature. The pool is treated with salt electrolysis. The bulbs are energy saving bulbs. In order to reduce pollution of our sewage, laundry, cleaning products, toilet paper are eco-labeled. These products are available, we ask you to renew respecting those choices. We practice selective sorting and have a compost household waste.
