Description

A 2 bedroom first floor apartment that sleeps 5 with free wifi.The apartment is on the lovely San Jaime complex in Son Bou, just 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms both of which have twin beds and there is a sofabed in the lounge.There is a spacious bathroom with shower.The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player. The living room opens out onto a large terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining.The patio is south facing and enjoys the sun all day,with sunloungers and views out to the beach and sea.There is a BBQ for your use.There is also a well equipped kitchen.

There is a cot, highchair and baby bath.

The complex has 3 swimming pools and a childrens pool.There are tennis courts and a childrens playground.There is also a very good restaurant and bar on the complex and a program of evening entertainment in the summer months.

“Excellent apartment close to all amenities”

We stayed at the 2 bed roomed apartment from Aug 19-26th 2014. It is in a quiet location and ideally situated in beautifully kept gardens away from Son Bou resort but only a 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 mins to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed including a front door which was difficult to lock from the inside and a faulty kettle but they were the only bad points during the week. There were also lovely views out to sea from the main balcony so it was nice to sip a beer whilst winding down from being in the sun all day watching the boats sail by! The on site swimming was ideal for younger children and La Gondola restaurant was a draw for my teenagers due to the free wifi!! A special mention too for Sebastian the wonderful attentive waiter both during the day and night. We had a car for the week which wasn't really necessary but we used it to visit and explore other resorts. All beaches we visited were exceptionally clean and were family friendly. The sea was crystal clear and you could walk out for miles and the water was only up to your waist. The Son Bou resort wasn't big so we just about exhausted all the restaurants after the week there but they were all good quality and reasonably priced. There was also an excellent bakery (open 8-2pm daily) 5mins walk away in the neighbouring Son Jamie complex which sold lovely bread, croissants and cakes. We would definitely return to the same apartment again as it had everything we needed for a enjoyable and relaxing week away.

How do damage deposits work?
