---Grazioso appartamento ubicato in "Marina del Cantone/Nerano" un grazioso borgo turistico marinaro situato tra la Costiera Sorrentina e quella Amalfitana, a pochi km dal centro di Sorrento. Ambiente rustico ,confortevole e familiare ,L'intera casa composta da : due camere da letto matrimoniali con Aria Condizionata, pale a soffitto in tutti gli ambienti,
angolo cottura attrezzato di frigorifero,tostapane, 4 fuochi, micronde, lavatrice, padellame e stoviglie, condimenti base per cucinare, bagno completo vista mare e delizioso Terrazzino che affaccia sul Mare e intera baia.a quota spiaggia angolo doccia.
* la biancheria da letto e da bagno in dotazione sono per singola persona(lavate,stirate e igenizzate da lavanderia).
●INFORMAZIONI IMPORTANTI PER GLI OSPITI -(ITALIANO):
-- RISCALDAMENTO INVERNALE (solo da Novembre ad Aprile)"extra" : le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento elettrico, per tale ragione i consumi elettrici saranno conteggiati e pagati a fine pernottamento/check out.
-- Dietro l'abitazione vi è la piazza Comunale,dove si trovano: fermata autobus per spostamenti vari in Costiera,il parcheggio auto(a pagamento),mini market fornito di tutto,con prodotti per la casa e la cura personale,o prodotti freschi come salumi,formaggi,frutta,verdura etc.e negozietti vari per lo shopping.
---PARCHEGGIO: per parcheggiare auto, hai diverse soluzioni, la prima parcheggiare su strada su strisce blu con Park card Comunale al costo di euro 30,00 a settimana oppure 1,00 euro a ora, la seconda soluzione è parcheggiare nella piazza dietro casa, in parcheggio custodito,con un costo che varia dal Gratis ai 15,00 euro al giorno (dipende dal mese/periodo).
---ARRIVI: per arriivi (check in) dopo le ore: 20.00 si pagherà (all'arrivo) in contanti euro 40,00.
● E' molto importante ricordare però che, Marina del Cantone/Nerano, essendo un borgo Turistico Marinaro, è prevalentemente visitato dai primissimi periodi primaverili fino a quelli di fine autunno,(quindi si consiglia di soggiornarvi principalmente nei periodi di primavera,estate e autunno).
Peró per chi ama il mare e i silenziosi borghi marinari d'inverno si può tranquillamente soggiornare presso la nostra abitazione, ma è chiaro che diversi servizi non saranno disponibili.Nei brevi mesi invernali peró si possono comunque raggiungere e visitare"sotto una luce invernale"mete come: Massa lubrense,Sant'Agata, Sorrento, Positano,Amalfi etc.. attraverso autovettura, autobus o taxi/chaffeur.

---lovely apartment located in a charming seaside village,in "Marina del Cantone / Nerano" Pearl of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast, a few km to Sorrento. Rustic,comfortable and familiar, The whole house consists of: two comfortable double bedrooms with air conditioning and celing fan in all rooms, living room/dining room with,kitchenette with fridge, toaster, 4-burner stove, microwave, washing machine , dinnerware and tableware,basic condiments for cooking, bathroom and lovely sea view terrace on mare.all home dedicated to living / holiday of our guests.*Bed linen and towels are provided for singol person,all washed, ironed and sanitized by laundry.
●INFO IMPORTANT FOR GUESTES-(ENGLISH):
--- WINTER HEATING (only from November to April) "extra" : rooms are equipped with electric heating, for this reason, the electricity consumption will be calculated and paid at the end of night.
--Behind the house there is a square, there are: bus stop, parking (fee), mini market with everything (food, detergents, liquors etc) and various shops for shopping.
---PARKING: to park a car, you have several solutions, the first park on the street on a blue striped card with Park City at a cost of € 30.00 per week or € 1,00 per hour, the second solution is to park in the square behind the house, guarded parking at a cost that varies from free to 15,00 euro per day (it depends on the month /period).
---ARRIVALS: For arrivals (check in) after hours:.20.00 you will pay (on arrival) in cash EUR 40.00.
● It 's very important to remember, however, that, Marina del Cantone / Nerano, being a tourist village Marinaro, is mostly visited by early spring periods up to those of late autumn, (so you may want to stay there mainly during the spring, summer and autumn ).For those who love the sea and quiet fishing villages in winter you can safely stay at our house, but it is clear that different services (summer) will not be available.
During the short winter months, however, you can still reach and visit places such as: Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agata, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi etc. or by car, or by bus or taxi /chauffeur.
