Description

The apartment is situated in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, a touristic but quiet and local village that lies between the Golf of Naples and the Golf of Salerno, only 10 minutes drive from Sorrento. The apartment is set in a privately-owned villa, only 3 minutes by walk to the village centre, where also me and my family live (in another apartment of the house), so you can always count on my help if you could need it!

The location is ideal for day trips to the most famous attractions of the area (Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Mount Vesuvius, etc..) thanks to the strategic position between the two Gulfs.

The apartment is very bright and spacious and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to self-cater during your stay. The outdoor patio is perfect to share your meals at open air and to sunbathe on the deck chairs, getting the chance to enjoy a refreshing shade any time you wish thanks to the wooden canopy. There is also a wooden oven (just for show) and a barbecue area, perfect for cooking some delicious local food.

DESCRIPTION

The apartment is about 100 mq and is provided with free internet wifi connection. It is composed by a dining room with a TV and a lovely fireplace; a kitchen equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine; a second bathroom with a bath; the sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms and a triple room with one double and one single bed.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in: on the day of arrival, the house is available from 4 to 9 p.m.

Check-out: on the day of departure, please leave the house at the latest at 10 a.m.

There is a charge of €20 for check-in between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

There is a charge of €30 for check-in between 10:30 p.m and 12 p.m.

Please leave the apartment clean and in order;

Bed linen and towels (starting set) included;

Water, gas and energy consumptions included;

Heating is not included in the price and costs €3,50 per hour;

Smoking not allowed in the sleeping area;

No pets allowed.

tourist tax not included: €2 per day (maximum 5 nights, for more you do not pay) per person (under 18 don't pay) from April 1 to October 31. You will pay tourist tax on your arrival (cash).

SORROUNDING AREA

The little town of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi offers all the amenities you might need, as family-run restaurants, lots of coffee bars and pastry shops, ice cream shops, and is also plenty of fresh pasta shops, fruit and vegetable stores, grocery stores, bakeries, butcher and fishmonger’s shops, letting you experience the taste of authentic local products!

Also is worth a mention the parish church with its althar made of mother of pearl, the only one in the world, and the Monastery of Deserto, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the "Two Gulfs", Naples and Salerno.

The area also offers several trails along the coast and inland, being ideal for hiking lovers!

Only 10 minutes drive and you will reach Sorrento, from where ferries for Capri and trains for visiting the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and Naples. In addition, the house is only 7 Km far from junction to Positano, where Amalfi Coast begins.

The nearest beaches are Marina del Cantone (pebble beach) and Cala di Puolo (sand beach), 10-15 minute drive. Here you will also find picturesque restaurants where to eat fresh fish at lunch and dinner.
