Description
Villa La Contessina is the ideal vacation spot for you! The Villa is just a few minutes from the beach and less than one hour away from the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Pompei. Close by the Villa, you'll find the port of Marina Piccola, from which hydroplanes leave every day of the week. Ideally situated near Sorrento's inviting downtown, the beach and some of the most historic and picturesque parts of Southern Italy. Villa La Contessina is ideally located to allow you to enjoy a unique vacation enriched with different experiences and unmatched beauty. The villa has two stories and the four rooms on the second floor are accessible through an interior elevator or an external staircase. Annex, Ground Flour there is the fifth room, you can enter this room from the garden.
All bedrooms with individual bathrooms, are perfect for two couples and for children. Two of the bedrooms has doors leading out to a lovely terrace. The other three rooms have big windows with a nice view of the garden. All rooms have all the amenties:satellite television, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi ,min-bar,telephone and a hair dryer and private bathroom. Four bathrooms has walk-in showers, and one bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.The main level of the house has an eat-in kitchen, fully equipped,a laundry with a washing machine and a clothes dryer , a dining room, living room with flat screen TV, a bathroom with another walk-in shower, and a beautiful outside garden area with huge louge chairs and a big outside dining table under a porch. The oustide area has a barbeque and a ping pong table.
The rental price include:
•Towels amd Linens
•Changed one a week
•Maid service 2 times a week: Wednesday and Saturday
•Electricity consumption until 150 kw. If more, extra cost of 0,80 CENT per Kww
•Final cleaning
•No linens change for stay less then 5 nights
•Parking for 1 car
We can provide you transfer to and from Naples Airport/ Train station/ Port.
Security deposit:
Upon-arrival 1300 euro cash.
Tourism tax rate:
According to Sorrento City Council resolution n° 99 of 29/11/2011, the City of Sorrento
will introduce the tourism tax tax of € 3,00 per person per night.
The tax is applied to all non-residents and is payable directly to the villa.
