Situated 4.9kms from the Ancient Temple of Poseidon at Sounio and 400m from Charakas beach,this newly-built house is a perfect getaway with amazing views of the Aegean Sea and surrounding hills ,as far as the eye can reach.Our modern design,spacious rooms with views in all directions,fully-equipped kitchen,including washing machine,dishwasher,microwave and much more,spacious balconies and accessible garden.Energy-saving appliances,include solar water-heating,fully air-conditioned,energy fire-place,electric shutters , screens on double-glazed windows,steel security door,.safe-box,free WI-FI connection and land-line calls,upon request.The owners (New Zealand and Greek) are available to our guests during their stay for any assistance or extra enquiries.We provide hotel-quality sheets and towels,changed every three days ,or as requested otherwise.Filtered coffee,tea-bags ,sugar and milk are always available in your kitchen..Guests are requested to take good care of the premises.No Smoking indoors please,but there is plenty of space on balconies and in the garden.Other places of interest in the area are Kappe beach(2kms away)Lavrio(11kms)Anavissos(9kms) Legraina(1.5 kms)for bakery,groceries,butcher,taverns.On Charakas beach there are two beach-bars with umbrellas,sun-beds and other facilities..
