There are no near neighbours and the villa sits amongst fruit trees in a manicured garden within an acre of land. The apartment is located on the villas lower level, closer to the private beach and is comprised of 3600 sq ft.
Private Lower ApartmentThe beach level there is a lovely private apartment - which enables guests seeking a little more privacy or staff traveling with guests to stay in. From this apartment you have direct access to the lawns and beach just yards away. The apartment is a large space with It's own deck and access right onto the beach with en suite shower and toilet, self contained kitchen, dining and lounge areas.
BeachfrontA wide stretch of thick soft sand sweeps across the front of the property - inviting you in for a cooling dip. The property is ideal for those wishing to get back to nature and swim, dive, take to a paddle board or boat. Moorings and anchoring is available in the waters and our team can provide more info on these for you on request.
