This well-appointed and maintained 2,200 sq.ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath Contemporary has a bright sunlit breakfast area directly off the gourmet kitchen, Situated on a sprawling manicured acre with a 20x40 sparkling swimming pool and directly across the street from the fascinating Peconic Bay with access to beach area.. Large deck with BBQ where you can enjoy beautifil views of the nature preserve and garden.Close to village, restaurants, County Deli and North Sea Farms. Conveniently located between Southampton and Sag Harbor. Bordered by a 10 acre reserve, this property is the ultimate for privacy and tranquility.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. No proms. No Group party houses. Renters must be over 25. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors lovely. This is a family home, please don't even inquire if you are looking for a prom or for a party house. I GENERALLY ONLY ACCEPT A WEEK MINIMUM RESERVATION BUT YOU CAN REQUEST A LONG WEEKEND STAY-THE PRICE WILL BE ABOUT $4000 FOR A LONG WEEKEND. KEEP IN MIND THE PRICE GENERATOR WILL NOT DISPLAY THE CORRECT PRICE.
Returning customers will get 10% discount.
