My property is a traditional mediterranean house consisting of two bedrooms and a large living room equipped with Kitchen and fire place.
It is located in the southwest outskirts of Spartia village,Kefalonia island,Ionian Islands region, Greece. It offers a fantastic view to the Lourdas bay,mountain Aenos, and the island of Zante.
It has more privacy that could imagine and it is in an area renowed for the most spectacular sunrise in all of Kefalonia.

“Lovely relaxing holiday.”
Villa Belasonis is situated overlooking a beautiful bay. Restaurants and shops are all within easy reach and it is only a short ride to Argostoli. A welcome meal and a well stocked fridge make the arrival day the perfect start to your holiday. We would not stay anywhere else on Kefalonia.

“An Amazing Place”
What a great villa with the most fabulous views!!! We arrived to a delicious cooked meal and gorgeous fruit The villa has everything you need and the location is great! Every evening we were sat on the balcony chilling out and I would highly recommend one morning getting up to watch the sun rise over the mountain top to a glass of champagne! We also watched two birds of prey hunting as the sun came up. Amazing! The three local vineyards were stunning and Sarris wine is divine! We will definitely be booking again in the future! “Fantastic Location”
We had a fantastic 2 week holiday in this wonderfully located villa. I agree with some of the other posts, that the photo's do not reflect the amazing location and how well equipped this villa really is. The owner was extremely helpful and the welcome pack left for us on arrival at the villa was the best we have ever experienced - how many places do you arrive at 12am and there is a warm meal waiting for you? The owners mother also cooked again for us during our 2 week stay and supplied us with figs and local produce. If you are looking for a villa with amazing views, and access to beeches and the local village then look no further. We will definitely be back!
