Description

Split Apartment Busic is a 4 star apartment, simple and modern in its decor, with a stylish kitchen, one double bed, a single bed. It is equipped with free WI FI, cable TV (40 channels – multilingual), air conditioning and free parking. Although it is conveniently on the ground floor when you enter, so you don't need to climb any stairs, the window side is on the first floor so it is not reachable from the outside. The window looks to the neighboring garden, and a line for drying your clothes is just in front of it.

Split Apartment Busic is located in Meje – a quiet residential area in Split. With only a 20 minute walk to the city centre and a less than a 5 minute walk to a number of beaches in its vicinity it is perfectly located for everyone's tastes. On your way to the beach, only a minute from the apartment is the Croatian Archaeological Museum, and for those still hungry for art, the famous Mestrovic Gallery is only a stroll away.

Although a 20 minute walk will take you to the city centre and the 1700year old Diocletian palace, a little longer, just about 35 minutes, will take you to all the transport services of the city:

- the Split harbour where you can catch a boat to the many islands of the Split and Dalmatia County whether it is Brac, Hvar, Solta or Vis,

- main bus station and

- main railway station

- ACI marina – yacht club.

Restaurants and shops are also a walking distance away.

Rising above the apartment is the Marjan hill, with six square kilometres of pure nature covered in forest. A popular place to hike, bike, jog or even swim on many of its beaches.

Whatever you want from your holiday, you can get it in Split, and our apartment is perfectly located to make your experience ideal.

Getting around

With only a 20 minute walk to the city center and a less than a 5 minute walk to a number of beaches in its vicinity it is perfectly located for everyone’s tastes. Everything you need is walking distance away, grocery shop, deli, fast food and pizza place. The local bus station is also couple of minutes from the apartment, buses 7,8,12 and 21 stop there, taking you to the city center. or the other side of the city. Taxi is available on call and quiet quick in response.

Interaction with guest

We will be there to greet you as you arrive, and only a phone call away should you need anything. The apartment is family owned and managed, we are husband and wife, Natasa and Zan, and we take care of the apartment and our guests ourselves. Although we do not live on the premises of the apartment but about 15 minutes away by car, we are easy to communicate with and your disposal for all questions before, during and after your stay with us. If you need any additional information about the apartment, the neighborhood, the city, the things to do and see, please let us know.

How do damage deposits work?
