Apartment is situated in a quiet prestigious area of private houses on the southern slope of the Marjan Hill, very near magnificent home-gallery and chapel Kaštelet, which boasts one of the most complete religious reliefs in modern art of our famous sculptor Ivan Meštrović. Popular town beaches

are 200 meters away. Many famous restaurants, bars and shops are at a

walking distance away.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a large terrace overlooking the sea, islands, yacht marine, West Coast and the Old Town with Diocletian's Palace. It comfortably fits up to 4 persons in one double room and a living room with a sofa-bed. Central air conditioning, WiFi and private parking are available free of charge.

It also features:

- fully equipped kitchen: fridge, el.cooker with oven, kettle, coffee aparat,toaster including some basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & viniger.

- dining area, sitting area with sofa and a nice small balcony

Top center of town with Diocletian's Palace and Promenade Riva could be reached in about 20 minute easy walk. Two daily buses run every 30 minutes, one straight to Promenade, another around town to the Green Market. Bus stop is 100m away from the house.

“Awesome Apartment”

When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by the Owners Angie & Lubo They took us to our apartment. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. Nothing has been left out of the detail in the apartment. Everything you could ask for. We had a welcome pack of water,coffee,wine & local cheese and meat,with a fresh loaf of bread. I've never experienced such kindness and warmth from owners as to what we had from Angie & Lubo. Angie made us fresh coffee to have straight away,boy can she make coffee it was delicious. Our apartment was spacious,bright and airy,with such a comfortable bed. Both balcony doors open out to a good sized balcony. Perfect to sit and have breakfast. Watch the sea view with lots of ships,yachts and boats going by all day long. Such a perfect setting this apartment has,in one of the best areas in Split, a hidden gem from the biz of the town. We didn't hire a car as we like walking,15min walk from the apartment to town. Split is a very vibrant &cosmopolitan city,with lots to see and do,we absolutely adored it,turn a different corner you find something new. It is a very safe place to walk around and stay. The culture is amazing,the architecture breathtaking. Local people are very friendly and so helpful,the food is great,coffee and ice cream is fabulous. Lots of various restaurants something for everyone,we enjoyed sitting at the bars people watching. Going for day trips to see other islands is easy to,we went to Hvar for the day,absolutely wonderful. There are beaches within walking distance of the apartment. We were more than happy to come back to the apartment in the evening after being out in town to the peace and quiet of the area. We had one of the best holidays here. We will definitely return,we wish our hosts all the very best,they have a stunning apartment. Thank you so much Angie & Lubo xx
