Description

Newly refurbished (2019!), comfortable 100 m2 big apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living area and large balcony looking to the sea. Every room has its own AC device and TV.

Situated in THE CENTER of the city, minutes of walk from Diocletian's Palace. It has the view of the old city port, Riva and on the hill Marjan. Best rated restaurants are all situated within 2 minutes walking distance.

Can accommodate up to eight guests. Three rooms have matrimonial beds, while one bedroom has 2 X single bed. In total the apartment is made of: 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and large balcony looking to the sea.

There are free WiFi internet and TV in every room.

There are 5 air condition units in the apartment (each bedroom has its own unit).

If wanted, we organize transfer with a car from the Split airport directly to the apartment.

For those interested in sports, it is possible to organize kayaking tour around Split or to the closest island, rafting on the river Cetina (town of Omiš), zip line, hiking tours on mountains which are close to Split or you can spend your whole day doing climbing on the hill Marjan with professional instructor

It is possible to organize city seeing with certified tourist guides for small groups (the owner of the apartment is certified tourist guide for English and Italian language)

Getting around

Just several minutes under the apartment is a bus station which is taking to the city beaches, touristic train station leading to the hill Marjan. On the square "Šperun" there is free parking, while other parking places are being paid - as this is the mere centre of the city.

Interaction with guest

I treat all my guests as my friends and therefore they thry can whats up me, skype me or call me on viber (whatever is more convenient for them) whenever and for whatever issue they might have. I have plenty of contacts for excursions,sport and leisure activities -and upon request -I will help them organise their time (I am licensed tourist guide).

House rules

Venus is located on a residential street, so I would appreciate if guests would keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm, in consideration of the neighbors - which are all families.
Bear in mind that this is NOT a party house!
