New, in a village away, red sandstone stone house of a quarry worker restored in 2015 on 3 levels, approved "Meublé de Tourisme ***" of Aveyron for 6 people. A large outdoor area, (around the cottage, we just sow the lawn) independent, rocked by the calm of nature. In spring and summer, 4 Limousin cows on 4 hectares closed with the company of some cicadas in very hot weather. 1st floor> A living room / kitchen with an area of 22 m²: Built-in kitchen, modern, equipped with a induction hob 3 burners, a dishwasher, a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, d a fridge with 3 freezer drawers, coffee maker ... Living room with flat screen color television and dvd player. A bay window gives access to a terrace of 22m2 facing South East with garden furniture and parasol. > A room of 11 m² with bed 160.> An independent bathroom of 4 m² with a basin. > An independent WC. Electric heating in all rooms. 2nd floor> 2 bedrooms: · 1st with a bed 140 and cupboard, · 2nd with 2 beds 90 and cupboard storage In the rental is included, heating, wifi, water and sheets> a Independent toilet. > In the basement: · A large laundry room of 20 m² with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board available and storage. · Bay window overlooking the nature of 4 ha TAXES OF STAY TO PAY ON THE PLACE: 1,10 € PER PERSON PER DAY The price of the hiring includes: - The water -The cloths - For baby: Of available on the spot reads and high chair high chair and bed.
