Description
Stignano Mare is a small exclusive yet friendly gated community situated 10 minutes outside the historic town of Caulonia and only 1hr 15min from the Airport of Lamezia. This two bedroom ground floor, air conditioned apartment with dinning balcony and private garden with BBQ, seating area and small paddling pool, is luxuriously furnished to the highest standard and only a short walk/drive to the beach.
Situated in a quiet village, surrounded by olive, pomegranate and orange trees, close to the beach-0.5m with a traditional Italian Bakery on the corner plot, open fruit and veg stall 25m along the road and other shops close at hand. Pizzeria restaurant 100m away. Supermarket less than 1km.

View away from the coast, looks up into the beautiful mountains which nestles many quaint traditional Italian hill towns, packed with history and warmth.
The fragrance of orange and the tangerine blossom, the intense aroma of southern Italy, the shade of centuries-old olive trees, the silence of the country interrupted only by the chirping of crickets.
A wonderful contrast that reflects all the austerity and the gentleness of Calabria and its people.

appartement de co propriété de 4, bien situé, avec boulangerie - pizza à 50 mètres (à conseiller), l'appartement est conforme à la description, deux belles chambres, un coin cuisine - salon , une belle terrasse et un jardin. Jo a été très réactive quand on a rencontré des problèmes de clim et de gaz, merci à Antonella qui est sur place et qui intervient vite et très aimable ,à conseiller si on aime le calme

“A taste of real Italy”
Thanks for letting us stay at your apartment, we had a wonderful holiday with the kids - beaches clean, sea crystal clear, food kids love with unspoilt rural villages (maybe how the more crowded resorts of the north once were!). Great location, just over an hour from Lamezia airport. Enjoyed trips to Caulonia and Gioiosa for restaurants and bars.
