This detached stone-built cottage is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Bolsterstone near Stocksbridge, on the edge of the Peak District National Park and can sleep six people in three bedrooms, plus an extra two guest in a Shepherd's Hut.3 Pheasant Lane is a detached stone-built cottage situated on the outskirts of the small village of Bolsterstone near Stocksbridge, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms, plus there is a Shepherd's Hut in the garden for two additional guests. The accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and comprises an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and comfortable sitting area. The ground floor also includes two bedrooms; a king-size double which benefits from a en-suite bathroom, a further double room, as well as a modern shower room. A spiral staircase leads to a twin mezzanine bedroom which has the added benefit of an en-suite basin and WC. Two additional guests can be accommodated in the Shepherd's Hut in the garden which has a double bed, shower room with shower, basin and WC and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a large terrace with a private wood-fired hot tub. 3 Pheasant Lane is a great property in a fantastic location to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack included for the log fire. Additional fuel available to purchase from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Terrace with electric jacuzzi & sauna wood-fired pizza oven and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: First floor accessed via a spiral staircase, care to be taken. Note: There are three steps to access the Shepherd's Hut. Please note: There is no EV charging permitted at this property. Please note: There is a £25 charge supplement per dog.

Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The village of Bolsterstone stands between the Stocksbridge and Ewden Valley, on the border of the Peak District National Park and is one of the last remaining hill villages in the Sheffield area. The village boasts a 170 year old country pub, the Castle Inn. ust 1.5 miles away is the busy little town of Stocksbridge which holds a variety of eateries and shops, together with many bridleways and footpaths for visitors to discover.
