The villa is one of the three independent villas of the complex Rathimata Villas.
Villa Ialeira has 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on ground floor. On first floor the living area is open to the dining area and to the fully equipped kitchen.
Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets.

Situated in a very quiet residential neighborhood, on a hilltop just above the village of Stoupa, the luxurious villa is ideal accommodation for couples or families for relaxed holiday away from it all. Villa Ialeira is only 4 minutes drive away from Kalogria and Stoupa beach. The facilities of the village of Stoupa, as well the sandy beaches Stoupa and Kalogria are only 2.5 km away, easily accessible within a few minutes drive.
The unique amazing view from the private pool and the verandas sweeping the Messinian bay, offers fascinating sunsets for complete relaxation. With such breathtaking view in a quiet and tranquil scenery, you will find yourself relaxing at the pool area, as well on the verandas from sunrise till after sunset.
Fully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, is also decorated with authentic vintage objects aiming to offer holiday in style.

Dining area and open plan kitchen with full size refrigeretor, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, ketle, excellently equipped. Two patio doors are leading to outside dining area in the veranda.Internal staircase leads to the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR : One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Direct access to the pool area from the sheltered veranda and the ground level entrance door. Full family bathroom with shower cabin. From the parking lot a small bridge leads to the upper floor through the main entrance of the villa, while another entrance door is also available at ground level.

House rules
The air conditioning must be used with the glass doors closed. If you are not in the house you must close the air conditioning units.
The private pool is not gated, therefore the parents must supervise all time the children around the pool area and during swimming. The pregnant woman must ask their doctor before using the pool. No diving. No swimming under the influence of alcohol. No lifeguard on duty. People with injuries or skin diseases do not use the pool.

“Great Location”
We love the Peloponese and had been to Gialova last year. The villa was fabulous, clean spacious and easy to get to and Akis the owner was always available if needed. Great wi-fi as we listen to the radio when by the pool. Stoupa is very busy, and there are loads of little mountain villages nearby to explore with Kardimili, a lovely village, being a 10 minute drive away. We are a couple nearing our 60s and couldn't fault the accommodation.
