Description
Villa Eliza is a spacious, comfortable, south-facing house available for hire on the Greek island of Kythera (a.k.a. Kithira or Cerigo) during the months of July and August. Kythera, a large but relatively unknown island, is the southernmost of the seven Ionian islands, just south of the Peloponnesus and north of Crete, where the Ionian and Aegean seas meet. The house is built high in the hills over Kythera town with a spectacular view of the Venetian castle and Kapsali bay. Surrounded by four acres of peaceful olive groves and fields, Villa Eliza is a kilometre from the nearest hamlet along a good road, eight minutes from a village with all amenities and twenty minutes to half-an-hour from a variety of beaches and swimming spots. The entire house is available (a separate studio wing remains unoccupied).
