A 400 year old three storey Cotswold stone cottage located in the village of Brimscombe 2 miles from the main town of Stroud which provides an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and further afield The cottage has a wealth of exposed stone walls & beams but has been modernised to a very good standard & has full gas central heating throughout Private parking off road for one car
GROUND FLOOR , Lounge/ diner 11ft 6in by 17 ft with three seater and two seater leather settees ,dining table with 5 dining chairs ,exposed beams & stone walls with window seat .The floor is tiled in slate Wall mounted 32in smartTV with free sat,Netflix . & internet access. There is also a solid fuel stove which burns wood or coal and SMOKE AND CO2 ALARMS
KITCHEN 8ft by 9 ft with induction hob ,electric oven & grill, electric kettle ,toaster. microwave , washer /dryer & integrated fridge CO2 ALARM GARDEN terraced garden with patio , large area of raised decking , various fruit trees ,patio set & parasol
FIRST FLOOR double bedroom 14ft by 9ft 6 in with bedside cabinets ,individual reading lamps large fitted wardrobe,32in tv with internet access only. SMOKE ALARM,
BATHROOM 7ft by 6 ft fully tiled with large walk in shower two showers one electric ,one power
SECOND FLOOR Large family room 16ft x 15ft & 15ft high with many exposed beams . One double & two single beds with bedside cabinets reading lamps . Wall mounted 42in tv with free sat. SMOKE ALARM
ALL BED LINEN USED IS HOTEL QUALITY
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO VERY STEEP STAIRS, LOW CEILINGS & UNEVEN FLOORS THIS COTTAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE INFIRM .
